Share Information Easier with Shareable URLs
You can now copy and paste URLs in A-SCEND to facilitate faster and more efficient communications.
- On a request card, click the link icon to copy the URL, then email or text it to a co-worker or your consultant so they can directly access the request you’re both interested in.
- On most pages of the site, copy-and-paste or bookmark URLs for quick access. For example, bookmark your Readiness Assessments for faster access. You don’t have to be logged in to utilize these URLs – upon login, you’ll be taken right there!
Create and Manage your own Policies and Templates
You can now create your own policies directly in A-SCEND instead of uploading them. This provides you with the same features available by using A-LIGN templates – assigning users, approving policies via the built in workflow manager, tracking changes, yearly approval reminders, and more.
An updated editor retains all formatting from copied text, including tables, so you can easily get your policies into A-SCEND without rework.
You can also create your own templates in the Template Library. This provides policy templates formatted to your own standards that you and your team can use.
Delete Readiness Assessments You No Longer Need
You can now delete Readiness Assessments that are no longer needed or obsolete.
- Client admins can delete Readiness Assessments under the ellipses menu from the RA dashboard.
