• Choose from three impact levels – FedRAMP High, Medium, and Low – to help you assess gaps in your audit readiness with our easy-to-use questionnaire and downloadable PDF report.
   
   

Instructions, tips and links added to help users enable 2FA  

• To assist users in successfully setting up two-factor authentication (2FA), guidance, tips, and video links have been added, as well as links to the Support portal (support.a-scend.com) in key pages throughout the registration and reset password processes. 
   
   

• On-screen support helps you troubleshoot and fix issues in Compliance Hub 

• Many an issue can be fixed with a “refresh! 

• A “Refresh” button has been added to key locations in CH so you can easily clear connection error issues.  
• If that doesn’t work, more help is also available under “How to fix it.” 
   

• Helpful on-screen support: 

• • Clearer warnings and error messages with the ability to copy the error to your clipboard. 

• • Tips on how to fix the issues. 
  • Link to the support portal in case you can’t resolve it yourself. 
     
     

• Test failures are now displayed in JSON format with the offending value(s) in red, helping you and your technical team understand exactly what is going on. 
   
   

• Policy Center “Annual Review” status helps you stay compliant 

• A new “Annual Review” status will let you know that it’s time to review your policy for your next audit – and quickly approve it if no changes are required. 
   
• You can now more easily format – and maintain formatting when cutting and pasting text – with table formatting, as well and “find and replace” functionality. 
   

• Comments are now retained when changing tabs in the Request card before saving. You will be alerted if you navigate away from the request card with any unsaved comments.
