Saved Filters and Presets

Your Most Important Views are Just a Click Away

You can now create and save your own personalized filter views, increasing the efficiency of your A-SCEND experience.

  • In addition, preset views are available to everyone for the most commonly used filters including 'Action Required,' 'Assigned Requests,' 'Unread Comments' and 'Past Due Requests'
  • Remembers your most recent filter selections, including column settings, and automatically reapplies them when you next sign in

KnowBe4 Integration

  • We're excited to announce the integration with KnowBe4, a leader in security awareness training. This feature not only allows users to pull in training materials directly but also collects training completion data to effortlessly meet audit request list items.
  • Key Features:
    1. Access to Training Materials and Completions: Directly import security awareness training content from KnowBe4 into our platform.

Google Workspace Integration

  • We are thrilled to introduce our new integration with Google Workspace. This enhancement allows organizations that use this provider as a directory service to collect evidence request list items related to internal network user listings, significantly simplifying audit preparation and compliance.
  • Key Features:
    1. User Listing Collection: Instantly pull a comprehensive list of internal network users from your Google Workspace domain.

Proactive Integration Disablement

  • To ensure the optimal performance and security of our platform, we're introducing a feature that keeps an eye on your integrations' activity. If an integration remains dormant for an extended period, we'll notify you and disable it to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Key Features:
    1. 60-Day Inactivity Alert: If any of your HRIS or Ticketing integrations haven't been used for 60 days, you'll receive an automatic reminder to use the integration before it is disabled.
    2. 90-Day Automatic Disablement: To ensure system security and optimal performance, any integration untouched for 90 days will be auto-disabled. Don't worry; you can reactivate it anytime if needed by re-establishing the connection.
