Overview:

Enhanced Commenting Privacy: In this release, the A-SCEND team has prioritized enhancing the privacy of a crucial task: Commenting. Clear communication is paramount for a successful audit and privacy is required for honest communication. This update addresses these concerns, providing users with greater privacy and confidence in their comments.

Enhanced Commenting Privacy

• Private Comments: Users can now take advantage of the Private Comments tab on the request slider. Any comments made in the Private Comments tab are viewable only to client users and can not be seen by A-LIGN audit staff.
• Edit/Delete Comments: As with all comments, users can edit or delete comments they have created
• Mention Feature: As with other comments, users can be 'tagged' in private comments to receive notification of the comment.
• Chronological Comment Display: Comments will be displayed in chronological order by default, with the newest comments at the top and the oldest at the bottom. Users can also customize their preferred sorting order, choosing between displaying the newest or oldest comments at the top.
