Overview:

The A-SCEND Audit Management Dashboard: Introducing the A-SCEND Audit Management Dashboard

Dark Mode: Finally, A-SCEND offers a Dark mode view designed to reduce eye strain, conserve battery life, and provide a visually appealing experience in low-light environments.

Changes to Features: As previously communicated, as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services and partnerships, we are implementing some changes to A-SCEND features that may impact some clients.

A-SCEND Audit Management Dashboard:

• Assignment Overview: An at a glance summary of all requests assigned to you, broken down by status from Open to Accepted

• Engagement Overview: An at a glance summary of all engagements assigned to you, broken down by status from Pending to Completed

• Audit Assignees: A summary of all Assingees and critical data for each.

  • Clicking on a user will drill down into more detailed data for that user. Review metrics for individual assignees across all or selected active engagements.
    • Request Acceptance Rate: Displays the percentage of requests assigned to a user that were either accepted or rejected.
    • Completed Assignments (Requests): Shows the number of requests ‘Submitted’.
    • Past Due: Highlights assignments that are still ‘Open’ or ‘In Progress’ and are past their due date.
    • Note that assignees will only be shown here if they have an assignment.

• All Engagements:

  • Review all engagements you are assigned to and see when their status was last updated.
  • Filtering active engagements on this list will also update the corresponding Assignments table and the assignees listed in the Audit Assignee widget.

  

• Options:

  • Finally, A-SCEND is all about innovation and options. If you prefer the 'classic' homepage view, you still have that option. Anytime you like, you can toggle the Dashboard V2 switch on or off to choose whichever experience you prefer.
