New A-SCEND Integration: Vanta

AI File matching: AI can quickly analyze documents and match them to audit requests.

Control Testing Enhancement: Roll Forward of control testing details and other enhancements!

New A-SCEND Integration:

• Vanta: This is a one-way integration to A-SCEND meant to perform the following tasks:
  • Capture modifications made to control language in Vanta.
  • Archive evidence files uploaded to Vanta to an A-SCEND control.
  • Perform testing utilizing the control testing feature in A-SCEND.

  It is important to note that you will still need to evaluate evidence and communicate with the client within Vanta. 

AI File matching:

• AI File Matching: Users can now leverage the power of Gemini AI to quickly analyze documents and match them to audit requests based on context as well as summariz how the document met the description of the audit request.

Control Testing Enhancement:

• Roll Forward control testing details: So auditors can leverage information from the prior year audit for their current audit, they now have the ability to roll forward the following information for control testing:
  • Control descriptions

  • Test Procedures (descriptions, activated/deactivated test procedures, add inspection tests)

  • Testing Notes

  • Risks Descriptions

  • Linked Requests

  • Custom controls

  • Disabled Controls

• Testing Notes and Testing Instructions combined into a single tab: To make it easier for the auditor to reference what is expected of them for documentation in the same view they are documenting within the testing notes fields.
• Guided Test Procedure Write Ups - Reporting : Auditors can now obtain AI assistance to streamline the process of drafting their audit test procedures in a format suitable for inclusion in the final report.
