Overview:

This month, A-LIGN expands the power of A-SCEND with AI. AI File matching will save time and effort by leveraging AI to match files with audit requests, ensuring that users can quickly identify and reuse relevant files, thereby improving productivity in the audit process.

Users with the Company Administrator Role should enable this powerful new feature! This feature is only available after a Company Administrator enables it.

A-LIGN is thrilled to introduce AI File Matching. A feature built to give users the option to quickly map their evidence files to the appropriate requests using the power if AI. 

Smart Recommendations

Once a user with the Company Administrator Role enables the AI File Matching feature, Smart Recommendations are automatically provided to users on how your submitted files can be reused to fulfill additional audit requests. Save time and effort by leveraging existing files to meet multiple audit requests.

Users can quickly identify all requests that contain Smart Recommendations by using the built-in AI Recommendations filter.

AI Evidence Matching

Administrators can go to the AI Evidence Matching page to upload new files or analyze existing ones in mass. Our AI will analyze them to meet audit requests and provide insights on how to improve them, saving a huge amount of time and providing insights that might have been overlooked otherwise.

We strongly encourage administrators to enable this feature as soon as possible to start reaping these benefits immediately.
