Duplicate Service Engagements

The A-LIGN Audit team needs a way to set up an engagement for multiple services of the same type. For example, an engagement that has multiple SOC 1 services. In the past, auditors could use the Location field as a work around to enable this functionality, but that added unnecessary steps and possible user confusion.

Now, auditors can add multiple instances of the same framework to an audit and differentiate them by providing a unique ID.

For example, If an engagement is published with multiple SOC 1’s, the engagement will be treated just like any other multi-service engagement:
