Why can’t I see all the articles?
To protect the security and proprietary workflows of the A-SCEND platform, the majority of our technical guides, "how-to" articles, and deep-dive documentation are restricted to registered users. If you are browsing as a guest, you will only see a small selection of public-facing troubleshooting tips.
How to Unlock Full Access
To view the complete library of support resources, you must be logged into your A-SCEND account.
If you have an account: Click the Sign In button at the top right of the Help Center. Use your standard A-SCEND credentials (the same ones you use to access the platform).
If you are new to A-SCEND: Please reach out to your organization's Administrator to be invited to the platform. Once your user profile is created, you will automatically gain access to the Help Center.
Common Login Issues
If you are logged in but still cannot see specific articles, you may be experiencing a session error.
Refresh Session: Log out and log back in to refresh your access tokens.
Clear Cache: If the page loops back to the login screen, clearing your browser cookies and cache can resolve the conflict.
Note: If you are an A-LIGN Staff member or an Auditor, ensure you are logged in via the corporate SSO to view internal engagement and auditor-specific guidance.
