Check with your Company Admin in A‑SCEND to confirm whether you already have an existing A‑SCEND account. If you do not have an account, you will need to contact your Company Admin so they can create one for you and send the registration email.
In order to reset your MFA or 2FA Token, you will need an existing and active user for your account with the Company Administrator role to send you an account recovery e-mail. Please contact your admin and request that. Once you receive the recovery e-mail, the following steps will walk you through the process.
If you ARE the admin or your admin is not available, you will need to submit a technical support ticket with the A-SCEND team, and they will be able to assist you in recovering your account.
Logging In and Two-Factor Authentication Set Up

Follow the prompts in your Registration Email and click Finish Registration.
- Set your password.
- Login to A-SCEND http://a-scend2.com

Setup your two-factor authentication (2FA or MFA):
- Download an authenticator app on your device.
- We recommend Google Authenticator with cloud syncing, but any MFA application would suffice.
- Please refer to this video for detailed instructions.

Record your Recovery Code

- If you ever have to set up your 2FA again and you're not using Google Authenticator, you will have to use a recovery code.
- IMPORTANT If you lose the device where the Authenticator app is set up you will need this code in order to log in. Save it in a safe place so it's easy to find if you need it.
