Overview
To protect user accounts from unauthorized access, A-SCEND implements Brute-Force Protection. This security feature prevents attackers from guessing passwords through repeated login attempts.
Check with your Company Admin in A‑SCEND to confirm whether you already have an existing A‑SCEND account. If you do not have an account, you will need to contact your Company Admin so they can create one for you and send the registration email.
What Happens When You Enter an Incorrect Password?
- After 10 failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 30 days.
- This lockout is a security measure to prevent brute-force attacks.
How to Unlock Your Account
- You can lift the lock by requesting a password reset.
- Important: A password reset email will only be sent if you have successfully logged in at least once before.
If you have never logged in successfully or cannot reset your password for any reason:
➡ Submit a support ticket, and our team will assist you in unlocking your account.
