Introduction
Sometimes, when you use the password reset option and enter your email address, the reset email may not appear in your inbox. When this happens, it’s often due to factors other than the email not being sent successfully.
If you have already checked your Spam/Junk folder and do not see the registration email, we recommend reaching out to your IT team and requesting email whitelisting for messages from the following domains:
- @a-scend2.com (Mail Server IP: 167.89.78.172)
- @a-lign.com
- @bnc3.mailjet.com
Please note that the registration invitation will be sent from support@a-scend2.com.
If you do not receive the email, please check with your Company Admin in A‑SCEND to confirm whether you already have an existing A‑SCEND account. If you do not have an account, your Company Admin will need to create one for you and send the registration email.
The registration link sent by A-SCEND is valid for 24 hours. Once it expires, you will need to reset your password to receive a new link.
